We bring calm and teachable structure to your actual mornings, homework, mealtimes, and bedtime routines. Our BLOCK Sessions are designed to provide naturalistic teaching opportunities in an “I do,” “we do,” and “you do” release, ensuring that skills are retained between visits.

We develop practitioners through our Competency Oriented Readiness  and Enrichment (CORE) program. We employ a trainer of trainers structure to model, train, and provide specific feedback tailored to individualclient plans. Our Team Supervision approach incorporates parents and guardians’ into meetings as valuable team members.

We collaborate with classroom educators to stabilize individual behaviors and enhance learning opportunities. We align our BLOCKS programming with MTSS/PBIS by adapting it to educational settings. We combine explicit practice with real-classroom routines and guided independence.

We coach caregivers to use practical and simple strategies to implement at home. You’ll receive brief how-tos, modeling, and feedback to make support feel achievable, even on busy days. Our Caregiver training is offered in various modalities. We provide direct 1:1 training, group training, and during client visits to enhance caregiver community and support. Additionally, we offer telehealth and in-person training options. 

Caregiver training provides:

• Short, repeatable routines (e.g., transitions, chores, homework)
• Positive reinforcement done right (what, when, how)
• Troubleshooting and fading plans to build independence
• Weekly to Monthly training, teaching, and consultation
