About TLB Supports

TLB Supports provides in-home and school-based ABA services for children and families across Southern California, with care grounded in dignity, collaboration, and real-life support.

Who we are

TLB Supports is a behavioral health company providing direct ABA services for children and families. Our primary focus is insurance-funded in-home care, with school-based services included when clinically appropriate. Our work is built around individualized assessment, direct implementation, BCBA oversight, parent support, and ongoing clinical documentation in the settings where children and families actually live and function.

TLB Supports was built on an existing foundation of family-centered advocacy, consultation, document review, case planning, and behavioral support navigation already established through The Lowly Behaviorist.

Our Approach

We believe behavioral support should be effective, ethical, and usable in real life. Our care is grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis and informed by evidence-based, trauma-informed, and whole-child, whole-family practice. We look beyond isolated behaviors to understand the emotional, relational, and environmental factors shaping a child’s day across home, school, and community settings.

At TLB Supports, good care is not about forcing compliance. Our stance is ethical, anti-oppressive, assent-based, culturally responsive, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed. We focus on boundaries, regulation, and communication, not just obedience or silence.

Our Values

Our team is guided by ARISE.

Accountability
We follow through, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the quality of our work.

Respect
We engage children, families, and colleagues with empathy, cultural humility, and care.

Integrity
We ground our decisions in evidence, protect confidentiality, and honor the dignity of each family.

Scholarship
We keep learning, use data thoughtfully, and apply best practices to improve outcomes.

Ethical Empowerment
We support autonomy, protect client rights, and create a culture where doing what is clinically right matters.

Our Team

Our team includes clinical, operational, and administrative staff who work together to support high-quality care across home and school settings. This includes case managers, behavior technicians, operations and payroll support, compliance leadership, and data support. Across roles, we are guided by collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to care that is respectful, practical, and family-centered.

Founders

TLB Supports was founded by Cody Jacobs and Keegan Valdez. Cody serves as Chief Clinical Officer and brings more than 15 years of experience in clinical quality, assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and service integrity. Keegan serves as Chief Executive Officer and leads operations, systems, and the infrastructure that supports sustainable growth. Together, they bring both clinical and operational leadership to TLB Supports and its work with children, families, schools, and community partners.

Why Families Work With Us

Families come to TLB Supports for care that is individualized, coordinated, and grounded in everyday life. We work across home and school settings, center parent partnership, and build support that can carry over beyond sessions. Our goal is meaningful progress that fits the child, the family, and the environments that matter most.

TLB Supports, Inc. is a sister company of the Lowly Behaviorist, LLC
