What the work looks like
Depending on the role, team members may support assessment, direct ABA services, caregiver coaching, documentation, training, and collaboration across settings. We look for people who communicate clearly, think ethically, and care about quality.
Training and support
New hires receive structured onboarding designed to build confidence over time. Training includes orientation to mission and ARISE values, shadowing, guided practice, in-the-moment coaching, and increasing independence with regular feedback and supervision.
